Peer Sprite Viewer v1.1a

Evil Peer has released a utility that allows you to view sprites in many ROMs for multiple systems, called Peer Sprite Viewer. Here's a list of some of the features:
  • Views uncompressed sprites in any ROM
  • It can also view uncompressed level information if the tile information is one byte.
  • Decompression routine designed for FFVI. It will probably only work with that games.
  • Supports quite a view bitplane formats
