Olafnes 1.0r Released

The oft-updated NES emulator Olafnes has been updated to v1.0r! Here's What's New:

Added option to invert direction input
Added a varying amount of support for mappers 240 (sheng huo lie zhuan) and 248 (bao qing tian)
