NSRT v3.3 RC1

- Disabled Ctrl+C and Ctrl+Break in critical segments
- Typos fixed in HTML output
- Modification of internal ROM name
- 8.3 filenames now included for every ROM in the database
- NSRT header adding
- NSRT header adding for special controller games only
- File compare for ROMs
- File compare with -fix code output
- More games that can be fixed with -fix
- More database updates as usual
- Small GZip loading fixed
- Save in compression format of your choice
- Fixed -lowext on GD3 files
- BS detection update
- Modified -info2 output
- Option to not rely on extension to determine how to open file
- Major core work
