It's been a little more than 3 months since the last update to the PS2 emulator NeutrinoSX2. Much of it has been rewritten from scratch. There is much new with this release, so here goes nothing:

Full rewrite with Win32 API
Plugin Config Dialog
Run CDVD (Load and run) / Run Elf
Multilanguage support
Sentence View (in About dialog)
CPU r5900 speed monitor
Main window picutre by Muad

Add opcodes: BGEZAL, BGEZALL, BLTZAL, BLTZALL
Bug fix in J-JAL opcodes

Update to last PCSX2 source

Emulator will search for file DebugView.dll in plugins folder if not found it will use default nsx2 logger

It should be noted though that this version does not support commercial games and the PS2 BIOS.
