Neko Project II v0.80

Neko Project II, a PC-98 emulator for various platforms, has been updated recently. Here is what's new:
  • BIOS - Scroll command correction
  • GDC - Reflection of step flag
  • FDC - Correcting ready signal
  • (Windows) : Div order (i286 mode side)
  • (MacOS) : Div order (V30 mode side)
