MAMEDiff v1.23

MAMEDiff, a tool to identify ROM-related changes in MAME releases, has been updated recently. Here's what's new in the latest version:

Internal 'fix merging' runs twice now so that it propagates to all clones
Minor adjustment to the routine that decides if a ROM lives in a resource

This program is available in the General Arcade Utilities section.
