MAME32FX v0.87u3

MAME32FX, a variant of MAME which offers a variety of improvements and fixes, has been updated per usual. Here is what's new:

Updated to MAME 0.87u3 - MAME32 0.87u1
Adjusted K053260 frequency to 3.6 MHz in The Simpsons and clones.
Adjusted Z80 CPUs frequency to 6 MHZ in Rough Ranger and clones.
