MAME v0.68

MAME, the excellent multiple arcade machine emulator, has been updated to version 0.68. The source archives and the Windows binaries have been updated. As usual, the list of changes is extensive. Here is a paraphrase:

SHA1 hash support, including several command-line options
MAME Blitter generation code
Basic Direct3D blitting support (requires DX7 headers and libs)
Various Konami Related Fixes and Improvements
Various System32 updates. There's a chance, however, that some things may be broken.
Sound in Macross Plus and Quiz Bisyoujo Senshi Sailor Moon
