JNesG v0.3a NES Tile Editor

JNesG, a java based Tile Editor, has just been added to the Translation Utilities section. JNesG features Binary and iNES Importing/Exporting, Custom Color Palettes, Name Table Switching, and the ability to add new CHR Blocks. For further details check JNesG's homepage.
