GP32Vecx v0.2

Well, it looks like this emulator was updated after all, although rather silently. It now plays much more than just Mine Storm. This is a Vectrex emulator for the GP32. Changes in this version:

Added file browser (allowing you to play any Vectrex ROM)
Added color switching
Minor Speedups
