GoodMTX v1.02

There has been another update of a Good utility, this one on the heels of GoodPCE, and it's GoodMTX version 1.02. Here's what's new in the latest version:

Name updates
Removed 3 non MTX images
Scanner won't allow images > 64K anymore
French version of good.doc updated
