Glide64 v0.7 ME Service Pack 5

Glide64, a Nintendo 64 graphics plugin which uses the Glide API, has been updated. Here is what's new:

Fixed gfx errors in Banjo Tooie.
Fixed 2D gfx in Super Robot Spirits.
