posted in Frontend News by mfc on Nov 15th, 2003Tom Maneiro wrote in letting us know about another update to his Genesis frontend / ROM converter today. Here is what's new:
- [Header editor]: Added checksum calc routines, for check is the ROM' checksum is good.
- [Header editor]: Changed zone selector for use Sega's 1994 new regional code model.
- [Header editor]: Fixed a stupid bug in ROM loading code. Device I/O data was loading two bytes before real data (and when saving, the ROM checksum goes wrong). Fixed this for load data from correct offset.
