GenRomSuite v1.0
posted in Frontend News by mfc on Oct 22nd, 2003Tom Maneiro has created a frontend to work with Sega Genesis emulators called GenRomSuite. Users, keep in mind that this frontend requires Visual Basic 6 runtimes. Here is a listing of key features:
- Edit binary-ROMs header info, like game name, country codes, etc...
- ROM converter: You can convert your ROMs between the BIN (raw) format and the SMD (interleaved) format
- Emulator launcher. It support up to six emulators (Gens, Kega, Ages, Xega, DGen and a custom emulator). You can also select a ROM and launch it into emulator (except in Kega, because it does not support commandline ROM loading)
