FUSE ported to Windows

There is now a windows version of the Free Unix Spectrum Emulator (FUSE), thanks to Marek Januszewski. The emulator is still in alpha stage, so don't be surprised if some things don't work.

You can get this emulator at the Spectrum Emulators section.
