fSMS32 Released
posted in Emulator Release by spacetiger on Jul 20th, 2003A new Sega Master System emulator has been released for the GP32 handheld. It's called fSMS32 and was written by rlyeh. It features the following:
- full SMS and GG support
- full SMS/GG/ROM/ZIP/GZ loading
- full SN76496 sound support
- two display modes for SMS (1:1, 1.25:1.25)
- five display modes for GG (1:1, 1.5:1.5, 2:1, 2:1.5, 2:1.666)
- high compatibility
- crystal sound rendering output, using CHN's library
- auto SRAM saving/loading
- save states support
- saving screenshots to PNG format, using my own library
- preliminary RF multiplayer gaming (untested)
- fast filesystem manager
- CRC32 ROM naming detection using GoodSMS and GoodGG by Cowering
- featuring extras: preliminary GUI, built-in menus
