Frodo-X Beta 3

Another emulator for XBOX that was made available today is Frodo-X, the Commodore 64 emulator. This is only a small bugfix release, so there isn't much worth mentioning. There is new subdirectory support built into the emulator.

We can't offer this because it uses XDK.
