FCEUltra v0.94
posted in Emulator Release by grammarian on Mar 30th, 2003FCE Ultra has been updated to v0.94, and according to its author, it will be the final release. Here's a list of what's new:
- Support for rapid-fire A and B buttons on physical joysticks in the SDL/svgalib/DOS code.
- Implemented "high-quality" Namco 106 sound emulation in high-quality mode.
- RAM cheats should no longer interfere with Game Genie emulator.
- Minor speed hacks for style and correctness, and to make the source tree easier to maintain.
- NSF cpu hacks removed, as they are now unnecessary.
- Another FDS IRQ bug fixed, so Famicom Grand Prix II works correctly now.
- Memory leak and heap corruption bug fixed.
- Added on-the-fly IPS patching support.
- Added 96KHz filter coefficients.
