EmilNES Beta 2 Revision 1

EmilNES, an NES emulator for Windows and Linux, has been updated recently. Only the Windows build has been touched so far, but here is what's new:

PPU Attribute table magnment fixed.
Added Save/Load State function.
Added manual Frame Skip Option.
