Dragon Quest State Tool v2.0.0

- Prettier help file
- Font installation now permanent
- Added current HP/MP to status screen.
- Added reverse experience editing to DQI.II status box
- Added state display in titlebar
- Added DQ III R state support for zSNES
- Added DQ I BSX state support for zSNES
- Improved DQI.II state support for zSNES
