DatUtil v1.30

Logiqx has once again graced us with an update to their utilities. Here are the changes in the latest version of DatUtil:

Increased the maximum number of games from 5000 to 6000
Removed support for the old RomCenter 1 format
Removed knowledge of the MAME resource names
