DarkMan DInput v4.0, v4.0a

DarkMan has done two updates recently for DInput, a set of input plugins for N64 emulators and Chankast. Here is what's new:

bug fix for multiple joystick support
finally Joystick support
4 player support
some old bug fixed (some new added)
