ClrMamePro v3.45

- Added: scanner/rebuilder quickjump to scanner/rebuilder
- Added: save fix-datfile (incomplete sets only)
- Added: warningswindow -> move file to folder..
- Added: rebuilder source/destination history
- Added: rebuilder advanced option: remove empty source subfolder
- Misc: profiler info shows missing roms, too and % of completeness
- Misc: have/miss list last folder is stored by profile now (not globally)
- Misc: rechecked replacement of illegal chars in names/descriptions
- Misc: Profiler->Add Datfile Filebrowser accepts multiple selections
