Blaster Construction Kit v0.5

Benjamin Cutler has updated his Blaster Master editing utility again. Here is what is new:

Mouse Support! See readme.txt for instructions
Other change is that US/SBlock editing is now easier, as it now displays the entire array at once, rather than just three
