amaZiNc v1.01

Pete, the guy makes all those great plugins for Playstation emulators, has written a small frontend for ZiNc. For those who don't know, ZiNc is an emulator of arcade games based on Playstation hardware. This frontend allows you to store settings for each game and can help with ZiNc error detection.
