AdvanceMENU v2.2.13

Along with AdvanceMAME, AdvanceMENU also saw an update yesterday to v2.2.13. Here are the following changes made to this release:
  • The SIGHUP signal now kills and restarts the program
  • Added external commands support with the new 'ui_command' option
  • Upgraded the DOS/Windows SVGALIB drivers at version 1.9.18.
