| megaman 5 Debug | This hack enables a debug mode in Megaman 5 so that you can view and change many different stats and conditions in the game. |
| Megaman 5 Time Attack | Mega Man 5 Time Attack drastically alters the setup of Mega Man 5 so that it is now a race against the clock rather than a battle against Wily. The scores are stored on a top10 list for each stage. Also added is an in-game menu which allows you to continue playing a stage, restart a stage, or return to the main menu. Definitely a great hack for Mega Man fans to get; it adds a ton of replay value to the game. |
| Megaman Vortex | This hack is still in development, but so far has three levels changed. It has a new storyline and uses music from Megaman 3-6. |
| Protoman | This completely changes the story of Megaman 5 to Protoman's part in the story. |
| Rockman 5 Endless | This is a recreation of Mega Man 9’s Endless Stage for Rockman 5. It's an endurance mod that is to be applied to a japanese rockamn5 rom. |
