Don't know if I can even list that much RPG games as I haven't really played that much of them. But of the RPGs I've played and liked.

1) Disgaea: Hour of Darkness
2) Persona 2: Eternal Punishent
3) Legend of Mana
4) Seiken Densetsu 3
5) Breath of Fire 2
6) Breath of Fire 3
7) Romancing SaGa 3

... there, not even 10.

Inindo: Way of the Ninja. This game gets a bad rap because of its crummy graphics, but it was WAYYY ahead of its time.

It's got a totally dynamic game world. Firstly, there're about 200 different characters all wandering around, staying at various inns and shrines. They'll ambush you and beat you up or join you if you hit it off with them. A fun subgame is chasing really badass party members all over the continent trying to persuade them to combine forces.

Secondly, it keeps track of day, night, months and years. Every so often, a map will pop up showing wars occurring and provinces changing hands between various daimyos. You're able to participate in these firstly by working in a daimyo's employ conducting sabotage and espionage and secondly by actually becoming a general in his army late-game.
