PS2 Graphics Extractors?

Recently I acquired a copy of the PS2 party fighting game 'Fullmetal Alchemist: Dream Carnival'.

There are a lot of images in this game (whether anime portraits drawn as expressions of the characters pre and post battle, or unlockable 'CGs' in an extras mode), and I was wondering if there was a PS2 Graphics extractor that might work for taking them out.

I know there was one made specifically for the .hack games that could be retooled (at least that's what the programmer said), but I have no experience with programming and thus wouldn't be able to try that out.

as far as I know, no there is not

check here (main page) and ngemu every once and a while and perhaps something will be released (honestly, I wish there was such a utility)
