Well, the quality of life seems to be getting better. I'm getting out more thanks to school, and for the first time ever, I can say I actually enjoy school. My class is being taught by the owner of the school, because the teacher we were originally supposed to have, is on holidays. He's going to ask her if he can keep us and finish us off. We're being taught by a master. This guy is funny as hell too, he'll just point to someone in the class all of a sudden and say, "See her, she's a real fucking bitch".
When I first registered, I thought to myself, "Hey, this will be easy because most people just order beer". But we aren't just learning mixology, he's turning us in to good business makers. I no longer think, "hey, I hope that person orders a beer", I think more in the terms of up selling, and rotating the stock. Getting people more into the higher priced drinks.
After class the other day, two of my class mates asked if I wanted to go to the bar, and of course, I went. We exchanged stories of crazy shit we did in the past. It was all fun. Now to convince the ladies to join us after class tonight. <img src=smilies/biggthumpup.gif>
