Oops, apparently the Windows version of Snessor, which I linked to in my original reply, can only rip audio. You need the DOS version of SNESSOR in order to actually reinsert them. The DOS version does work in XP, at least.
Damn... Even DOSBOx wouldn't open my editors anyways... I'll find someone else to do this for me, I guess. X.x All I wanted to do was change the crappy music in a few SNES roms for better stuff. Kinda like Tetris & DrMario for SNES. nvm then ty anyways
Someone correct me if I'm wrong, but Snessor would only let him insert new samples. I think Bowie's talking about putting in an entirely new song, which is a whole new ball of wax. It can be done, but it's hard. You'd need to find information for the specific game you are trying to hack more than likely.
