.MCR to .PSV?

Is it possible to convert mcr to psv? Ive been playing ff7 on epsxe, and i have 7 and a half hours on it. I have the game for my ps3, and i preferably would rather play on that, but it doesnt use mcr saves, what the emulator does. It uses psv, so is it possible to convert them?

And to import a save how do the folders go?

PS3>SAVEDATA>EXPORT>PSV>(insert game save here)?
