Z-Net I Beta released.

Z-Net I has been released as a public beta. Z-Net I is the successor to the ZSNES netplay server, Z-Net 2.0. Z-Net I is designed to be replacement for the now offline zbattle.net service. The program features a similar interface and many of the features of zbattle.net, but with an always available server.
