Sonic and Knuckles Collection Problem..

OK, I just installed the Sonic and Knuckles collection on my XP. Problem is, the SFX are loud enough, but the background music is so quiet, i need to turn off the SFX and turn my speakers up to the highest they can go. Any way to fix this?

I'd suggest looking at your system volume menu (often accessed by double-clicking a speaker icon on the windows tray thingee) and lowering the wave balance or increasing the sw synth (or whatever) balance, if the music is midi, or increasing the cd player balance if the music is eh cd played. Or perhaps the game has an option menu you should look at.

this has nothing to do with emulation and should go in gaming/console

or maybe Tech talk.... eeeenh, I'm moving to gaming/console anyway. If any moderator objects, hey can move it somewhere else.

Hm...I'm pretty sure there is no way to turn off the SFX (I used to have Sonic and Knuckles collection). It's pretty much an emulator, and you couldn't really do that on an emulator either.
