my friend was thrown out of his house by his dad... now really i dont mind the fact he crashed at my place but he sat on my 'puter (we have 3 computers, one is mine, one is my sisters, and one is my moms, all three are internet ready and just require a user)
till three in the morning on aim talking to one of my friends, and
i'm not allowed to go hang out at my aunts house until he is gone ( <img src=smilies/angryfire.gif> ) at least i dont have to share a room.

i think of him sort of as a brother of sorts. but my mom was talking about having him stay until he patches things up with his dad, and i dont know if this seems like such a good idea

his mom wanted him back but its up to his dad and CPS is looking if thats a safe enough home to send him back to.

meh. my mom doesn't want anyone alone in my house without her being there (i suppose that this is because she worries too much)

he told me that things with his dad probably would never get patched up... but i believe that he will eventually...

waaaaaiiit a sec. If he's that young and still a dependent, wouldn't the father get in trouble with the law for negligence? I mean he is still a minor, and the father has full responsibility over him, so what I can see if the father kicked him out, then he's going to jail, I think.
