This morning I just made my own version of the Egg and Cheese Biscuit from McD's that I call the Egg MoogToast. Take two eggs, a few slices of velveeta, three pats of butter, and two pieces of toast. Use one pat of butter to grease up the pan first, then stick the two pieces of toast in the toaster. Start scrambling the eggs. Depending on how dark or light you like your toast, the toast should be ready just when the eggs are done. Butter up both pieces of bread, put the velveeta slices on the buttered sides of the toast. Put the eggs on one of the pieces of toast, cover it with the other slice, then nuke it in a microwave (or bake it in an oven) for around 20-30 seconds or until the cheese is fully melted. Enjoy!
The second recipe is for acquired tastes, but is pretty good once you get used to it. It's designed for the bachelor who knows he needs to go grocery shopping but can't bring himself to do so. First, you need a big bowl. In the big bowl, pour in anywhere from one half of a can to a whole can of Busch's maple sugar baked beans. Microwave it, and in the meantime prepare anywhere from two to four hot dogs by getting them out of their package. Once the baked beans are done, nuke the hot dogs until they're done. Dice up the hot dogs and toss them in the baked beans. Mix it up, then add ketchup, mustard, broken-up chips, and shredded cheese to your liking. Enjoy.
What you really need in the second recipe is some of my mom's hot sauce (which interestingly enough is beef based rather than tomato based, so it's almost like a really exotic chili), which adds a hell of a lot more taste, but she isn't quite ready to market it yet. <img src=smilies/thumb.gif>
