... and he's been playing them all day. i'm not upset because i want to spend more time with him or because i want him to help me with things around the apartment.... but because I want to play video games! honestly i'm really not too upset..... i just want to play video games <img src=smilies/cry.gif> . actually, i find it hilarious that i'm frustrated for that reason. i'm so glad i'm not a typical chick.

Funny you should say that, I used to traumatize my ex-girlfriend through Tekken. She swore she was so good at it, and truthfully she kind of was- you'd be surprised (but only with Xianghua and Jin). Anyway I'd always let her win like the first three fights before I pummelled her with a new character each fight after. Sometimes I'd just stand still and wait for her to hit so I could bust the little counter-toss move. Ohhhh that pisses a girl off... And of course I'd start running my mouth.

I'd get no love on those nights.

yeah well when i say upset, i dont mean seriously upset. just a little frustrated. he was playing one of the final fantasy flavors.... and as such, he was basically on it for hours and hours. had i said anything about me wanting to play video games, i sure he would have saved and let me use the tv..... but i wanted to be courteous and let him play as much as he wanted. i just wanted to play games so badly!

emulators are great, but i prefer the console where possible.

Sounds like my buddy's ex... she always wanted to play video games, but he wouldn't let her... he played way too damn much though.

Hey dude! How the fuck are ya? I lost my job so send me an invite to party in Canada. :)

The solution to that problem is simple - more than one monitor/TV and game system. When my girlfriend was with me, she'd be playing SNES in the bedroom while I was in there at the desk emulating or working on electronic music. problem solved.

yeah i was thinking about that last night, but it isnt enough of an issue to buy another tv. last night i got a hankerin' for some mario. he was going to do some school work but he blew it off to play with me. i havent played two player super mario world in a long time. i used to hate it because i'd have to wait my turn, but it was a hell of a lot of fun with alex. we played for like three hours. good times. <img src=smilies/thumb.gif>
