emulating to DREAMCAST

Yeah I used to do this. Has it gotten better over the years? As in, would it be worth it to pick up a cheap Dreamcast for the sole purpose of emulating NES and SNES (particularly like ToP and FF5 and Star Ocean etc)

No. Get an Xbox instead.
