Probably a n00b question, but here goes:
Is there a way to split an NSF or NSFE file into separate files for each song?
Thanks.

An efficient one? no, not really.
However, if you're using NotSo Fatso, you can right-click on the NSF in winamp's playlist, go to file properties, and press the "Shadow -> Winamp" button. This will put each individual song in the playlist as if they were seperate files. You can then remove/reorganize them however you want.

An inefficient one? Easy, though I've never bothered to code the damned thing up, no matter how many times I've wanted it....

Heh, I thought about it too.
- change song count to 1
- change initial song to 1
- cutoff init routine with "LDA #desired_track_number JMP real_init_routine"
May get a bit complicated for a bankswapping tune though...

Easier: NSFe with one track in playlist :)
