Is there an Emulator that can play Super Famicon and SNES games or one that can just play Super Famicon games?

It's 'Super Famicom' actually (Famicom is a contraction of 'Family Computer'), and any emulator that can handle Super Nintendo games (ZSNES, Snes9x, bsnes, MESS) can also handle Super Famicom games.

The hardware of the SNES and the SFC are identical. The only difference between the two systems was their casing, which made it difficult (but not impossible) to get cartridges from a different region into the cart-slot.

Like Lillymon said, any emu that does one, does both.
