Hello
Thank you for contacting Live365 customer support. We're pleased we can
assist you.
The problem that you are experiencing could be caused by your browser.
First, try clearing out your browsers temporary internet files or cache
and your cookie files and try again. You may also want to try using a
different browser as well.
Second, you may need to upgrade or reinstall your browser.
Make sure that you have all cookies enabled within your browser and that
you are not running any privacy software that might be preventing a cookie
file from being created.
Make sure that your browser is set to the default security level and that
you are not using any ad blocking software or security software that might
be creating this problem.
Norton Firewall/Security is a common cause of these types of problems.
Thanks again for writing Live365. Please let me know if I can offer you
any further assistance.

i know you do not give a darn about me, i don't make you any money, i only
lose you money and i forever will especially if this keeps up...
i answered "Other" to "Web Browser", "Player", and "Operating System" for
two reasons: they do not appear to make a difference, and i use several.
the main os's i use are linux and winxp, the main browsers are internet
explorer in windows, and mozilla firebird (the new pheonix) in linux, and
my main players are winamp or qcd in windows and xmms (practically THE
ONLY media player EXISTING in linux).
now the problem... when i go to listen to any station the player window
that pops up has a whole bunch of javascript undefined object errors, and
forgets that i was logged on even tho i have ALL COOKIES ENABLED in my
browser, i then proceed to attempt to log back in, but it tells me that
the station undefined is not currently broadcasting... and then it kicks
me out. i never get a chance to hear even the tiniest bit of my favorite
stations. this is plaguing ALL stations i try to listen to, i have even
tried some i wouldn't normally listen to just to make sure... i have
tried cleaning my cookies, other offline content, and history SEVERAL
TIMES, i have fiddled with all sorts of settings, all to no avail...
clean up the act, and let me know when you have things working properly.
Request: listening

they are as bad as all the other corporate butt heads out there... i TOLD them i did all the obvious, and yet they insist that I AM DOING EVERYTHING WRONG, it is not possible for them to have bad javascript, it is not possible that they might be going a little cookie happy, none of it can possibly be THEIR fault, it is always the customers error, not theirs... i am sick and tired of live365 and their bs... they are continually making things more and more difficult for the little guys that they are supposed to be protecting...
another thing about this email is that the reply is EXACTLY the same as the one i had recieved from them about another issue i had been having and managed to solve... note that the solution had absolutely nothing to do with cookies, or anything else, it was again a problem on their end and i just had to wait for them to correct faulty code... but they never admitted the problem, even after they corrected it they claimed that THEY discovered it before anyone had been affected by it... MORONS!
i rest my case, i give up on trying to listen to fbr... i love fbr, but it broadcasts via live365 and live365 is a total butt wipe... i am going to settle to listening to RPG Radio at Fanelia.com until i get my library set up and can start my SlicerNet Radio broadcast via my own machine using the icecast2 streamer...
i hate the corporate world... don't you?
