I'm not sure if this requires a lot of time...or if this has been asked before but I'm just throwing it out there because I know nothing of ROM hacking. But I was wondering...is it possible to implement the GBA translation and portraits into the SNES version of FFV so we can have it all? Big screen, better music, best translation and portraits? It really would be the ultimate Final Fantasy V.

Let me know OK?

I guess I don't know. But I'm guessing since it's an updated translation from the creators themselves it should be the best. And the portraits really add to the game don't you think? But the music on the Advance version doesn't sound very good in my opinion.

Anyway, since no one has really responded in the past few days it's kind of out of the question?

Well, sometimes you get chinese products with instruction manuals in English with tons of mistakes; it's not because they made the game that they can translate it better.

I've never done any ROM hacking, but I'd guess adding portraits is really hard, if not next to impossible.

with enough ASM knowledge/hacking, anything is possible.*

(within the limits of the hardware)
