Updated Genplus for DC

I've just finished testing a new copy of the DC ported Genesis Plus by BlackAura with modifications by Warmtoe. It now supports VMU saving when using the C68K cpu emulation and full speed with full sound. This is bar-none the BEST Sega Genesis emulator for dreamcast to date. Only fully working version i could find was 'Plain files' so burning a copy won't be easy. Making your own copy will require using the included Romlister program from Smurph and SelfBoot Inducer 4. The project seems to have been renamed "GPWT" and the release date was 07-26-2006.
