NES Game name?

I remember playing this game a LONG time ago for the NES. It was two player (or one if you wanted), and you each drove a car around a track in overhead view picking up flags, and after a while a helicopter would fly by and try to kill you. Once you got all the flags a door would open on the wall of the track where you'd go to the next level.

Dunno. Also sounds like Super Sprint (or Super Speed).
