I need help one more time

Hey can anyone help me? I got a new laptop today and i try to put ZSNES on it for my desktop but when i try to use it this error pop up?

uuuuh, perhaps trying the <a href=http://files.ipherswipsite.com/zsnes/ZSNESW_1112.zip>Windows</a> version would be better?

EDIT: And on another note, why is it that you are running from what seems to be a temp directory? Why not save it in something like C:\SNES or something? You're going to be sorry when Windows decides it wants to do a routine disk cleaning. ;/
