Graphics Issue

I am new to the emulator and rom world. I am using FCE Ultra as my emulator and I am trying to play Back to the Future II & III for NES but the black background keeps flashing and there is really no way I can play it like this. A message appears when I open the rom: The iNES header contains incorrect information - mirroring should be set to Horizontal. Any suggestions?

Try some other emulators, or try obtaining a different dump of the ROM.

Thanks...I should have mentioned that I have tried several emulators and several versions of the rom as well and they all seem to have the same problem. Any other thoughts?
