How do I play patched hack games? I'm sure this is the n00by-est question ever. I used to have a tool for making hacks playable, but now I don't and have forgotten.

You can use it with hacks for just about any system as long as they are in IPS format. All you need is Lunar IPS, the .ips file and the ROM file.

Open the freshly patched ROM in the emulator of your choice and enjoy.

Hm, I'd have more to suggest if it was an SNES game...first off, are you absolutely sure that your ROM is a good copy of the game? That's probably the most common problem.

Oh, you made it sound like you got whichever file you're talking about from Zophar, and I know there aren't any ROMs on this site. Anyway, not sure then.

This may be a dumb question, did you unzip the ROM before you patched?
