FF4 Advance European Font Enhancement

[Dark Knight Kain]

The European version of Final Fantasy IV Advance offers a few benefits over the US release
including smoother, more stable battles and a number of bug fixes. This patch makes the tiny
font, which looks fine on a GBA, a little wider to make it readable on my Game Boy Player.

Please note that this patch has only been tested with English, I have yet to encounter any
text spillovers in English but chances are other languages spillover.

I do not speak any of the other languages fluently enough to fix spillovers.
