Because we're rom hackers and thus must willingly take any request Joe N00b 6502 comes to us with.

As for our requester, what's the matter? Is Lu Bu not bad ass enough that you need to haxor him up to even rediculously higher stats? *Goes to play Dynasty Warriors 5*

It is not a place to tell people to create an editor for x games. It's a forum for getting help with editors or rom hacks already created. Even if it was, people don't like to be ordered to do x hacks.

And instead, we're suggesting that you learn the skills required and create one yourself.

If you would really pay me actual legal tender in the form of US dollars for the amount of $20 (or more) I would not only create a save state editor for R3K4 but I'd create one for R3K3. <img src=smilies/eek13.gif>
