That's ok, it will be back to that length next spring, should I choose to grow it out. it grows pretty fast.

also, that was my first time ever having long hair, ever. so it could be part of that whole - "you don't really appreciate something until you lose it" thing. we'll see.

That's like the length I want to grow my hair. However, I have a problem, because I'm going on 19 and my hair is going away. Yeah, I'm balding. Runs in the family, but shit, at 18 going on 19, it's not fucking cool. I have the hairline of someone going on their mid thirties, early forties. Well, it's not that bad, but it is noticeable. Hate it, I really do. When it gets longer, the balding is distinct, but when I keep it trimmed, you can't really tell. But I want long hair damn it! I think I should kick my father's side of the family's asses. Those bastards and their fucked up genes.

My hair isn't thinning that much nor do I have any major bald spot, but it's just the hairline itself that sucks. Damn, what I wouldn't give for some long hair. I'd love to braid it, but hide razors in the tips, and just whip people with my hair. Although I'd probably get cut, too.

my hairline started to recede a bit when I was about 25 but I quit drinking a couple years later and it stopped and I pretty sure that heavy drinking was the cause of it for me. <img src=smilies/magbiggrin.gif>

I don't drink. And my hair's been thinning over the last couple of years. It's not something as simple as receding hairline; it seems to be all over m' head. I'll blame it on mom; she's the one who gave me that gene. <img src=smilies/magbiggrin.gif>

my ex father in law has had WHITE WHITE hair since he was 12 years old. i think its because he had really bad kidney problems or something.
